Annie-Claude BENICHOU, MD
CMO - Alaxia

Annie Claude has 18 years of experience in the management of clinical development of drugs and high-tech medical devices in Europe and in the USA. After she earned a medical degree from the University of Toulouse in France, she obtained inter-university degrees in methodology for clinical development, pharmacovigilance, and pharmaco-epidemiology. In 2004, she joined the Stragen Group for the clinical development of orphan drugs as well as for project coordination with the European Medicines Agency. She is now managing a sister company within the Stragen Group, dedicated to services in clinical development strategy and pharmacovigilance. She has the CMO position in Alaxia’s orphan drug program for the treatment of cystic fibrosis.

 
 

 

 
Philippe BORDEAU - CEO - Alaxia – Lyon
Philippe, trained engineer in industrial hygiene is currently CEO of Alaxia SAS, a company he founded in 2008.
Previously, Philippe founded TMI Europe in 1998, a company involved in food business field, sold in 2006 to Bongrain food group to facilitate and accelerate Catallix technology development.
He was nominated in 2002 trophy for innovation of the IPA, and in parallel, received the Innovation Award from INPI Rhône-Alpes, a trophy awarded to innovative entrepreneurs who have successfully integrated IP in their policy development and management.
Philippe studied and practiced the EU regulations under regular contacts with AFSSA, AFSSAPS, EMEA and North American US FDA. Philippe worked for many years with Dr. Perraudin on antimicrobial and antiviral properties of secretion liquids and particularly antimicrobial lactoproteins.
 
 

 

Philippe DAVIOUD - 55.
 Philippe Davioud, graduated form the Faculty of Pharmacy of Lille, had a career in the pharmaceutical industry, where for over 20 years, he held all the functions of a company.
With this experience and recognized expertise, he created his pharmaceutical company in 2004, mainly dedicated to the pharmaceutical R&D and production of medicines for children and rare disease
   

 

 


 

Philippe NUSSBAUMER
Fundamental Physics graduate, master degree in SME management, President of non-profit organization Mucoviscidose-Innovation
Philippe was award-winning of the national competition of assistance to the creation of companies of Innovating Technologies 2007 (French Ministry for Research) Well-known and active in the network on cystic fibrosis he has a good expertise on information around the disease.
 
Philippe is in charge of External Relations, including relationship with patient organizations.
 
 

 

 

Development of a treatment to fight against Cystic Fibrosis
The regulatory preclinical study was co-financed by E.U. Europe is moving in Rhone Alpes with the European Regional Development Fund.
